
Direct Mail Campaigns
NSW Seniors Card can facilitate special offer mailings to up to 840,000 NSW Seniors Card members, using an approved NSW Seniors Card mail house:
NOTE: Even if you have your own account manager at one of these mailing houses, please make initial contact with the person listed above.
Direct mail campaigns are approved on a proposal basis and the company involved pays all the costs associated with the mailing, including: printing of envelopes featuring the Seniors Card logo; printing of a Seniors Card DL flyer (introducing the offer); postage, marketing collateral and mailhouse fees. NSW Seniors Card charges a $500 database access fee (ex GST), and receives payment of $315 per thousand (ex GST). A minimum of 10,000 names must be ordered.
Mailings to NSW Seniors Card members are sent in a NSW Seniors Card envelope (PDF, 22 KB) - see the Envelope Printing Specifications below; and must include the NSW Seniors Card privacy/opt-out flyer (PDF, 446 KB) - minimum stock weight 110gsm, matt or satin.
Envelope Printing Specifications
Seniors Card logo: Pantone 534 (blue) and Pantone 873 (gold).
NSW Government / FACS logo: Blue PMS 281c and Red PMS 186c.
Recommended envelope stock: Olympic non recycled code 142465.
How to Submit a Direct Mail Booking Request
To request a DM booking, please complete and fax the booking form (PDF, 150 KB). Please allow 2 weeks for campaign approval and 5 working days for data to be supplied.
