EDM Campaigns

An EDM campaign is a digital version of direct mail, whereby an HTML and text-based email is sent on Seniors Card letterhead to subscribers.

NSW Seniors Card can send EDM campaigns on behalf of Business Partners to over 60,000 NSW Seniors Card members.

An EDM campaign is an affordable way of reaching internet savvy seniors, as there are no postage or mail house costs involved.

NSW Seniors Card charges a $500 database access fee, and receives payment of 25 cents per email address (ex GST). A minimum of 30,000 email addresses must be ordered. EDM campaigns are subject to approval and a maximum of one campaign is sent each month. EDM campaigns must communicate a special offer.

If you are supplying your campaign in HTML format, please ensure the page is set to 580 pixels wide. To submit an EDM booking request, please complete and fax the Electronic Direct Mail booking form (PDF, 25 KB).

Please allow 2-3 weeks for campaign approval and EDM campaign distribution.
