Beginner Tips If your computer suddenly has pop-up ads appearing and/or you somehow inherited a toolbar or a desktop icon that you know nothing about, try using Ad-Aware (www.lavasoftusa.com) or Spybot Search & Destroy (www.safer-networking.org) to remove them. You might find what you are looking for. Expert Tips When upgrading from a CRT to an LCD screen, don't forget to change the onscreen font to "clear type" to make the fonts less fuzzy to view. Right click on your desktop, select Properties, click Appearance then Effects and select Clear Type in the second box down. Then click OK.
